“Pros: Staff was GREAT, rooms were clean, beds were super comfy, food was average but its a hotel kitchel. Bartender was awesome and super friendly. Cons: Shuttle services were not clear in description and wasn't given any information about what pick-up times we missed the shuttle the first day after this. Room cost was great... Only a couple times a day for pick up & drop off. Cost more once I factored in Uber cost. When you check in, don't forget to ask them for a sheet with shuttle times & QR code for reservations. “We had rented conjoining rooms for a night and were quite pleased with the stay for the most part. Nice amenities, clean rooms, friendly staff, great price. But our AC wasn't working properly. Staff came out to fix it but it still didn't get quite as cold as I would have liked in our room. The conjoining room worked fine. Be prepared to be bombarded by timeshare type marketers in the lobby. Didn't love that ...”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would absolutely come back! The location is one of its biggest highlights—just about 15 minutes from Disney, which made early park mornings and late-night returns so easy and stress-free. It’s also only around 30 minutes from the airport, so getting there after a long travel day was quick and convenient. One of the best perks was the park shuttle, which made getting to and from Disney even easier without having to worry about driving or parking. The hotel also has tons of cute little gift shops on-site, which was perfect for grabbing souvenirs or last-minute essentials without leaving the property. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel right at home—friendly, helpful, and always ready with recommendations or assistance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay after busy days at the parks. Another huge plus was the convenience of having a Walmart less than a 5-minute walk right next door—perfect for picking up snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack. We especially loved the amenities—whether it was the pool, common areas, or little touches throughout the property, everything felt well-maintained and inviting.
